SECO/WARWICK ThermAL S.A. Mesh belt furnaces are equipped with a gas-tight muffle.
The operation of the furnace is fully automated oncethe load is placed in the loading lift and the process sequence isstarted. The process then is carried out according to the preprogrammedrecipe or entered program.
- The program provides full control of the temperature and atmosphere composition inside the furnace.
- One of the features of the oil quench is a weir system working above the oil surface, which reduces oil splash and minimizes oil fume and smoke escape back into the furnace chamber, thus improving the quality of the furnace atmosphere.
