SECO/WARWICK ThermAL S.A. Car-bottom furnaces are designed to offer an efficientfurnace for use throughout a wide range of industry. They are mainlyused for heat processing of large heavy loads under air atmospherewhich include welded fabrications, cast or forged assemblies (mainlyfor the annealing processes).
The main attributes of SECO/WARWICK ThermAL S.A. car-bottom furnace construction are:
- Electrically heated or gas fired versions available, both include full process automation
- Traditional firebrick or ceramic fibre insulation materials (to provide the fast heating up and cooling of the furnace)
- Furnaces can be supplied with circulation fans to ensure good temperature uniformity at lower temperatures.
