Putting into Operations of API-1800g Type Pusher Aggregate in Belarus
At the end of April 2011 SECO/WARWICK ThermAL put into operation the pusher aggregate type API-1800G dedicated to heat treatment in Car Manufacturing Plant in Mińsk (MAZ), Belarus.
The aggregate
is designed for isothermal annealing of underbody and drive system forged elements
for buses and lorries. The furnace is provided with gas heating system.
Technical data of the austenitizing furnace included in the aggregate:
Working temperature: 920oC
Capacity 1.800 kg/h
Effective chamber dimensions:
- Length 8.400 mm
- Width 1.700 mm
- Height 500 mm
Technical data of the isothermal heating furnace included in the aggregate:
Nominal temperature 700oC
Capacity 1.800 kg/h
Effective chamber dimensions:- Length 16.800 mm
- Width 1.700 mm
- Height 500 mm
