Automated line based on universal double-chamber continuous furnaces, type CASEMASTER commissioned in Belarus
In the third quarter of 2011 SECO/WARWICK ThermAL has commissioned the automated line based upon the universal double-chamber continuous furnaces, type CASEMASTER®, model AFТ 900х450х1200Е at OAO Minskij Zawod Kaljesnych Tjagaczej, Belarus.
The technological line, based upon CASEMASTER® AFT furnaces is designed for the thermal and thermal – chemical processing of details in the controlled atmospheres.
In particular it is designed for:
- gas carburising, including:
- gas carburising with the direct quenching in oil;
- gas carburising with the intermediate pre-quenching cooling in oil;
- gas carbonitriding;
- bright quenching;
- washing, rinsing and drying the charge after quenching;
- high-temperature tempering.
Together with CASEMASTER® line the vacuum retort furnace, type VTR, model 669-ZF for gas nitriding with ZERO FLOW® method has been commissioned.
