Elterma has made significant changes resulting in significant effects, since it was incorporated into Seco/Warwick Group in 2003. Restructuring and reengineering has affected the quality of our heat treatment products, financial results, as well as the judgment of the company value that is recognized by many external organizations and bodies. The outcomes are that of the prizes and honors that Elterma was recently awarded.

Elterma was awarded, for the first time, with the "Gazela Biznesu" ("the Business Gazelle") award for the financial and economical results in 2005. This ranking is annually published, in Poland, by a popular economical magazine "The Pulse of Business" in cooperation with Coface. ELTERMA financial results for 2006 were judged to have been significantly improved from 2005.

In addition, ELTERMA also gained a high position, in the "Cheetahs of Business" for 2006. The rank of companies eligible is determined by the estimated increase of the enterprise market value. Rating of Most Dynamic Companies of the Machinery Sector; Elterma had sixth position.

IT sector of Elterma – during the conference Explore 2006 in Denver, USA, the jury of QAD Inc. (Resource Planning Software for Mfg) has highly commended Elterma with the award in the category Case Study for the most unusual modification of production module, adapting the system ERP type MFG/PRO to the internal requirements.

Furthermore, in the annual rating of the IT weekly magazine "Teleinfo" Elterma was listed as one of the 100 best computerized companies in Poland in 2006.
