ELTERMA signed the contract of the greatest value for the delivery of heat treatment furnace system
Recently ELTERMA has signed the contract for the delivery of heat treatment furnace system of the greatest value since several last years. The contract subject is a „turn-key” delivery of two heat treatment furnace system of the APH-1500G and APN-1800G types for heat treatment of the parts for automotive industry.
Pusher aggregate of the APH-1500G type will applied for hardening and tempering forgings. The furnace system capacity is ca. 1500 kg/h. The aggregate will be manufactured in the way that provides the following heat treatment processes: hardening with cooling down in the polymer tank, high tempering and cooling down in the spraying chamber after tempering.
The second furnace system it is a furnace system of the APN-1800G type, which is designed for normalization forgings in the weight of up to 80 kg each. The aggregate capacity is ca. 1800 kg/h.
Both furnace systems operate fully automatically – the furnace operator has to load the parts into baskets. All operations concerning the load transportation through the particular furnaces, elevators and transport conveyors take place in the automatic mode under the supervision of the control system.
Both furnace systems are to be installed in the plant of a leading Western Europe manufacturer of car subassemblies. These furnace systems are scheduled to be put into operation by the end of 2008.
