ELTERMA receives new orders for CaseMaster^® Multipurpose Sealed (Integral) Quench Furnaces

CaseMaster^® AFS-5GR furnace line for carburizing sprockets.

ELTERMA obtained the order for the delivery of CaseMaster^® AFS-5GR furnace together with auxiliary equipment to be used for the heat treatment of sprockets and other machinery parts used in agricultural machinery. The unit load weight for the furnace will be 400 kg. This system will be fully automated using the proprietary PROTHERM 9800 computer control system.

This line includes the following equipment:

• CaseMaster^® AFS-5GR Sealed Quench chamber furnace (equipped in a gas-heating system)
• (2) two Chamber (Box) furnaces for high tempering, BREW (designed for working in air and nitrogen atmosphere)
• Endogas endothermic atmospheres generator, ENE-5E
• Loading-unloading equipment, TaskMaster.

CaseMaster^® AFS-10E furnace production line for the heat treatment of moulds.
A CaseMaster^® AFS-10 furnace system is scheduled to be delivered November 2007 to a forge plant for heat treatment, specifically hardening moulds, forgings and another parts made of tool steel in a protective atmosphere.

The furnace line includes the following equipment:

• CaseMaster^® Sealed Quench Chamber furnace
• Chamber (Box) furnace for preheating, BREW-10A
• Chamber (Box) furnace for tempering, BREW-10
• Polymer quench tank, WQ-10, and oil tank, OQ-10
• Endogas^® Endothermic atmospheres generator, ENE-10.

CaseMaster^® AFS-10E for the heat treatment of bolts.
A CaseMaster^® AFS-10 furnace will be delivered at the end of the year to a bolt manufacturer in Poland. The production system will be rated at 860oC. The gross load weight is 1000 kg.

This system includes the following equipment:

• CaseMaster^® AFS-10 Sealed Quench chamber furnace (equipped in a low-voltage heating system)
• Chamber (Box) furnace for high tempering, BREW-10A
• Spray washing machine, WSD-10S3
• Water quench tank, WQ-10
• Loading-unloading equipment, TaskMaster-10 (double-direction operation).
