Contract signed for a complete modular heat treatment line based on a Sealed Quench furnace type CaseMaster® model AFC-10E
In the second quarter of 2011 SECO/WARWICK ThermAL signed a contract with Ukrainian company PAO Hydrosiła - a member of the holding JSC Hydrosiła Group, a leading manufacturer of power hydraulics systems and elements.
Within the Contract SECO/WARWICK ThermAL are committed to manufacture, deliver and start up a complete modular heat treatment line based on a Sealed Quench furnace type CaseMaster® model AFC-10E. Apart from the main furnace, the HT line comprises a spraying washer-dryer, a high tempering furnace, an endothermic atmosphere generator, transporting, loading and storing units as well as specialist technological instrumentation.
The delivery is effected as a part of establishing a new Heat Treatment Department of the Contractor. The HT line will be applied for HT of toothed shafts for 10, 32, 50 and 100 cm3 gear pumps used in power hydraulics of tractors and other agricultural equipment.
By means of this investment our Contractor will be able to significantly reduce the deformations of toothed shafts, which effectively will translate into reduced operating noise of the pumps and will expand their life span.
It should be emphasized that the aforementioned project will be the first reference for SECO/WARWICK ThermAL in the area of the Sealed Quench CaseMaster® furnaces on the emerging Ukrainian market.
