The unit is designed for generating a dissociated ammonia atmosphere composed of 75% hydrogen and 25% nitrogen, with a decomposition grade of 99,95%. General technical data of the device:

operating temperature – 870-950^oC,
maximal capacity – 14 Nm³/h,
dimensions (width, length, height): 1400 x 2300 x 2600 mm,
- water cooling system.

The typical applications of a dissociated ammonia atmosphere include: stainless steel annealing, annealing of high-carbon steel without scale, soldering of non-ferrous metals & stainless steel, and powder metal sintering.
